So much of our work consists of surface preparation - it's the only way to get the results you expect and that we can put our name on.

• Power wash to remove loose dirt depending on the condition of the surface.

• For soffits, siding and trim, we prep with machine sanders.  (Our sanders have vacuums for less dust.)

• If necessary, surfaces are smoothed out with caulking and wood fill.

• Sanding off the top layer of paint creates a better foundation for the primer so the paint won't flake off and results in a more even final appearance.

Proper prep results in a paint job lasting twice as long, reducing the need to re-paint for at least 5 to 7 years or more. If you have something you care about, take the time to do it right.
